In this Refund Policy, "you" and "your" refers to the Service Provider; "we" and "our" refers to ClientPlaza.com.

From time to time, for any number of reasons, a refund may be requested.

ClientPlaza.com's overall refund policy is to complete a refund if you believe, in good faith, that our service did not reach the standard you reasonably expected, and ClientPlaza.com, also using good faith, agrees.

Background:

Service Providers pay ClientPlaza.com according to three methods:

  1. Pay-per-Service - the fee for each instance of service is charged and paid through electronic means (PayPal or the like) prior to the next instance of service being rendered;
  2. Post-Paid/billed - a fee is charged to your account after each instance of service, and paid after the billing cycle containing that instance of service is complete;
  3. Pre-Paid -- from a pre-paid deposit for subsequent instances of service, where the fee for each instance of service rendered is debited from the posted amount.

Refund types:

For method 1) Pay-per-Service:

  1. the charge for any particular instance of service may be requested in refund and may be granted, at ClientPlaza.com's discretion. In actual practice, when there is demonstrable good faith on your part, the request will be granted. Any refund will be returned to the source from which you originated the payment. Whether the request is granted or refused, your risk and ClientPlaza.com's responsibility are limited to the amount charged for that single instance of service.
For method 2) Post-Paid/billing:
  1. the charge for any particular instance of service may be requested in refund and may be granted, at ClientPlaza.com's discretion. In actual practice, when there is demonstrable good faith on your part, the request will be granted. Any refund will be credited to your account. Whether the request is granted or refused, your risk and ClientPlaza.com's responsibility are limited to the amount charged for that single instance of service.

For method 3) Pre-Paid:

  1. a) at any time you may request, for any reason, the return of any undebited amount of a pre-paid deposit and that amount will be returned within 10 business days (usually within 1 business day);
  2. b) the charge for any particular instance of service may be requested in refund and may be granted, at ClientPlaza.com's discretion. In actual practice, when there is demonstrable good faith on your part, the request will be granted. When granted, the charge will be credited to the balance of your pre-paid deposit. Whether a request for a refund concerning a particular instance of service is granted or refused, your risk and ClientPlaza.com's responsibility are limited to the amount charged for that single instance of service.
