We all have our own resources, capabilities and skills for that.

Just in case it isn't obvious to everyone, Service Providers and Clients are not part of ClientPlaza.com and ClientPlaza.com cannot make promises on their behalf. The uses and purposes of ClientPlaza.com are evident. There is no hidden or hard-to-see purpose for the site. There is no source of revenue for ClientPlaza.com besides the fees paid by Service Providers to register initially and then subsequently receive contact information for the purpose of making appointments with Clients. Facilitating connections between Clients who request a service and Service Providers who request Clients is all we do. So that prospective Service Providers can maximize the likelihood they provide the service Clients are requesting, we display to Service Providers the synopsis of the service requested. We do not provide contact information, or any information that may identify a Client, until such time as a single Service Provider pledges to offer that Client an appointment.

As a Client, by using the website, you acknowledge ClientPlaza.com provides your contact information to the Service Providers we think are best suited to your request. We provide your contact information to exactly one Service Provider. If you choose not to engage that Service Provider, and we understand that you want another Service Provider to contact you, we provide your contact information to exactly one additional Service Provider, and so on.

Some Service Providers routinely deal with matters of a confidential nature. ClientPlaza.com, its Service Providers, and Clients all rely on Service Providers' policies and procedures with respect to the levels of privacy normally required by their professions. As a Service Provider, by using ClientPlaza.com, you promise to maintain your normal standards when interacting with Clients contacted through ClientPlaza.com.

No one may use any part of ClientPlaza.com for commercial purposes other than the purposes clearly intended.

As a Client, please do not make up false identification or contact information, or put someone else's name or contact information into the service request sections. We strive to make everyone's experience useful and efficient, and false or misleading Client information gives our Service Providers a difficult time. We always try to block use of ClientPlaza.com from previous violators of this request. Also, insincere service requests can cost us, our legitimate Clients, and our Service Providers thousands of dollars, depending on the circumstance, so we will from time to time vigorously attempt to recoup those costs, whether a violator of this request knew the full scope of the consequences of their actions or not. This paragraph is not meant to apply to typos and other legitimate mistakes.

If ClientPlaza.com cannot provide you with the service you request, or chooses not to, we may ask you if you would like to connect to another similar website. If you do, remember to check that website's terms of use because the new site will likely be part of an organization separate from ours (of course, we believe they are very good at what they do).

ClientPlaza.com always tries to put the best-matched Service Provider in touch with each Client. The subsequent interactions between the Client and the Service Provider are their business, and are not within the control of ClientPlaza.com.

As a Service Provider, you promise not to pass on, sell, rent, or otherwise communicate Clients' contact information, unless the Client clearly wants you to. Even then, you are bound by your own privacy policy and the laws governing how you handle personal information.

The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Service Providers' FAQs, "The Basics," "Advantages for Service Providers," "Possible Drawbacks for Service Providers," instructions within the Sign Up process for Service Providers, and the other sections of ClientPlaza.com form the descriptions of Service Providers' and ClientPlaza.com's rights and responsibilities within the agreement that comes into existence when a Service Provider uses ClientPlaza.com as is during each use. A party withdraws from the agreement by notifying the other; optionally, a Service Provider is understood to have withdrawn from the agreement if there is a period of 180 days without it using the website after its fees are paid; a Service Provider can revive its status as participant in an agreement simply by using the website again.

ClientPlaza.com doesn't always evaluate the expertise or other features of Service Providers, nor does it routinely evaluate the conduct of Clients. But ClientPlaza.com does reserve the right to decline to continue a business relationship with anyone or any company who behaves in such a way as to prompt us to believe they are unworthy. Naturally, Clients and Service Providers have the same right with respect to ClientPlaza.com and each other.

From time to time ClientPlaza.com may be unavailable for short periods, usually because of software problems or an interruption of internet service. This being a normal condition in society, there is no recourse to anyone for damages, real or perceived, resulting from such an occurrence. Repairing a problem as quickly as possible is in ClientPlaza.com's best interest as well as everyone else's, so you can be assured we try as hard as we can to minimize the number and duration of periods of unavailability.
